Major objectives regulation of non-federal road systems
Short Summary The Tyrolean Roads Act regulates allocations, construction processes and the burden of road construction (costs) for public roads and paths, as far as they are not subject to Federal Regulations. Thus, state roads, local roads and public roads of interest groups can only be created by explicit allocations provided by the competent regional authorities, whereby such allocations depend on the importance for the respective traffic zone. This also applies to the common use of such roads, which any person may use for transport purposes under the same conditions.
