Short Summary The legal act regulates the communication infrastructure with transmitters and the setup of transmitters.
Setting up communication transmitters has to consider the health security, security, nature and landscape protection also specific buildings such as hospitals, schools, elderly homes have to be taken into consideration. The number of receivers has to be coordinated so a minimum only need to be set up.
Transmitters have to be possibly located on public buildings and roofs.
Municipalities can implement regulations for a correct spatial distribution of the transmitters so to reduce the electromagnetic rays. Connected to this the location of new infrastructures should possibly be added to existing operator’s location. The Province grants financial means for the setup of communication infrastructure.
Annual planning
For the purposes of planning and coordination, the managers have the unity of coordination referred to in Article 9 and municipalities territorially interested, by September 30 of each year, the infrastructure data and the catchment areas for the year next, specifying the hedging objectives of individual plant and research areas as precisely as possible.
The KIS-Conference is in charge of checking the local situation by an expert who has to provide a evaluation on the nature, landscape and spatial environment so that these aren't negatively affected. A coordination office in charge of coordinating and controlling the electromagnetic fields is implement.
the operators are obliged to inform the municipality or coordination office about any changes, implementation of new infrastructures. Within 6 months after receiving the notification the provincial agency for nature can evaluate the electromagnetic rays of new transmitters.

Measures Criteria for the selection of the sites- In the construction and operation of infrastructure for communications must be respected the needs of safeguarding health, safety, the protection of nature and landscape and protected areas/Annual planning-For the purposes of planning and coordination, the managers have the coordination unit to municipalities territorially interested, by September 30 of each year, the infrastructure data and catchment areas starting in the following year, specifying the coverage targets individual plant and research areas as precisely as possible./The ordinary authorization procedure/The simplified authorization procedure/ Supervision -The mayor who verifies the construction or the installation of infrastructure for communication with radio equipment assigns to the owner and the manager a reasonable time - not less than 30 and not more than 90 days.
