Short Summary The Tyrolean Hospital Plan of 2009 has been passed in the course of the implementation of the Regional Health Care Structure Plan of Tyrol as a detailed plan within the framework of the Austrian Health Care Structure Plan for the sector of the inpatient module. It determines the departmental structures, forms of organization and the maximum numbers of beds for the individual hospitals. The plan also stipulates the maximum permissible number of large-scale medical equipment for these facilities.
