Their work is considered as a support and completion of the families in cooperation between parents, caregivers, providers and the Tyrolean Provincial Government. Childcare facilities are generally accessible to all children without distinction of birth, sex, origin, stand, language and religion. The attendance of a childcare facility is voluntary, if it is not compulsory by law (in the pre-school year).
