Major objectives this policy aims to organise the territory with local administrative authorities and prevent some territories from gaps in this field .
It gives authority for grouping of municipalities to create "msap" (public services centers)
Short Summary The departmental plan for intercommunal cooperation is a document which define the framework for the evolution of intermunicipality cooperation in each department. The first part is a map of all the administrative authorities within the department and in the second part are the orientations for evolution.
