Description
Major objectives Coordination of State, Region and other administrative levels for funding about projets related to regional spatial planning.
Short Summary The project contract between State and Region is a multi-year commitment for planning and funding of main projects such as infrastructures development or support to promising sectors.
For a 5 years duration, the regional prefect (representing State), and the regional council agree on project delivery related on regional spatial planning. Other public authorities can be associated to a CPER if they contribute to fund the projects.
Each contract has a focus on the most weakened territories. The government wants the CPER to develop, in particular, operations aiming to open up the territories.

The CPER Rhône Alpes focuses on 5 thematic axis and 9 cross-cutting axis :
