Description Integration of different thematics (social care, prevention, health). Integration of differents stakeholders : national operators, local authorities, private and public service providers (hospitals, clinics, health praticians…) Integration of different admin levels : region, departments, local authorities, through territorial plans and local health agreements.
Major objectives This regional health program set guidelines for the public and privates health local policies. It is composed by three kind of documents. Objectives :
> Organize all the health care services offer at the regional scale
> Reduce spatial and social inequalities in terme of access to health care
> Develop Prevention
> Enhance elder and handicaped persons life paths
Short Summary This regional health program set guidelines for the public and privates health local policies. It is composed by three kind of documents :

The regional strategic health plan (PSRS), which, from the analysis of the situation in the region in terms of the health of populations, existing equipment, support conditions, future prospects related to particular developments in the progress and medical and nursing techniques and the demographics of health professionals, defines the strategic direction and principles for action that will prevail for the coming period.

r The sectoral plans, which reflect the strategic directions of PSRS in the three major regional schemes that will provide for the organization of the regional health offers: regional prevention plan (SRP), the health care organization regional plan (SROS-PRS) and the Regional Socio-Health care organization plan (SROMS).

r Programs, which are in some way the action plans provided for by law for certain activities and tasks to health the regional agency skills, and local declinations (East Territorial Program for our 2 TAs).

The Regional Health Program promotes three ideas :
> Reduce spatial and social inequalities in terme of access to health care
> Develop Prevention
> Enhance elder and handicaped persons life paths

As a consequence, different actions plans are proposed :
- Foster the equality to out-of-hospital care services around the region, regards on population needs with recommandations, and identification of weakness zones benefiting of special fundings.
- promote different actions for prevention and elder people
- define hospitals orientations : grouping, number of beds growing or closing…
