Description Administrative simplification by the creation of departmental houses for disabled people where the previous different commissions are merged in a one-stop shop : the commission for rights and autonomy of disabled people
Major objectives 5 goals:
- establishment of a compensation right, an allowance for every disabled person no matter their age or salary
- Integration of disabled person at school, by implementing needed adjustments for disabled students.
- Professional integration : Obligation for public sector and firms (more than 20 employees) to employ at least 6% of disabled persons
- Strengthen accessibility to public equipments and transport for disabled people.
