Short Summary The General Council drew up its first departmental social cohesion plan in which it developed the departmental policy priorities for the next five years: 2014-2018
The plan has been constructed with all the actors of this field as well as the General Council and RSA beneficiaries within an innovative process permitting to include all related stakeholders
It aims to improve services and guarantee territorial equity by taking account of territorial specific conditions, within an economic context including poverty increase and budget constraint for all partners.
