Short Summary |
This law follows the interprofessional national agreement on professional training of December 14th, 2013. The law creates a personal account of training which will follow every person throughout its professional life (even in case of unemployment). It is credited every year, with a maximum of 150 hours over 9 years. A support in professional evolution will be dispensed free of charge by institutions such as Pole Emploi or APEC. Funds for professional training will focus toward job-seekers, the least qualified employees, the young people in professional training and the employees of small companies. Companies will pay a contribution of 1 % of the payroll. The law also reforms the financing of labor unions. A fund will be created and financed by the State and the companies. |
