Short Summary This law aims to foster students success and allow 50% of each age range to be graduated from higher education. It also aims to develop professional training in order to improve professional integration for students.

The law stipulates that institutions of higher education group together on an academic or inter-academic territory, in partnership with research organisations. These groupings will develop a joint and coordinated project of their training policy and research strategy. The Ministry of Higher Education and Research will establish an agreement(convention) with each of these groupings

Institutions of higher education will have to develop the mobility of the students and the researchers by promoting periods of studies or activities abroad.
